Vista Teen Outreach Needs Help to Fill School Food Pantries

Vista Teen Outreach is 100% supported by community donations and they need YOUR help!  They are now servicing all 14 middle and high schools in Vista.  Food drop locations are Mike's Bagels in the Ralph's Center in Oceanside at Cannon and Melrose, UPS Store by Albertsons on South Melrose, Kings Stationer (631 S. Melrose, by Courthouse), Kirsch Therapy, Lush Coffee and Tea in Downtown Historic Vista, and ERA Back To Basics Realty. These food pantries service local teens in need- there are so many that are homeless and hungry, something that does not meet the everyday eye.  Types of food they are looking for that provide easy to prepare meals: Peanut butter, canned soups, chilis, cans of stew, canned fruit, water-canned chicken and meats, ramens, granola bars, snack packs, saltine crackers, jerkys and beef sticks, boxes of mac and cheese, fruit snacks, bread, cheese and peanut butter crackers, and assorted hygiene items. No glass or expired items please.  For more information on our your church or service club can help please email us at vistateenoutreach@gmail.com, like us on Facebook and check out our website at www.vistateenoutreach.org
